When my work computer crashed, it was all panic mode! Jungle PC rescued me from having to buy a new computer. He was able to save my data files and get me a new hard drive. Highly recommend.

My work laptop was acting up. I thought it was the fan so did some research and took it to Jungle PC in Fort Mohave. Rick diagnosed the problem before he even opened up the laptop. Bottom line, he could have sold me a new fan or a battery but he didn't. My battery was corroding and because of the age of the laptop, he recommended I just run on the power cord. He cleaned it up, installed Windows updates, checked for viruses, etc. I had my laptop back in 24 hours and it's been working great. Oh, and his pricing was much lower than I expected. I won't go anywhere else. Very happy with the service.

RICK, is really great this was a fast repair, computer in and out in about 30 minutes. Have taken 2 other computers in for service, always happy with work and information that Rick gives. Think prices are fair also. I don't think you can go wrong with Rick/JUNGLES

Rick took good care of us. We brought our older computer in that quit working and he gave us a free diagnostic on it. He could have fixed it but was honest and suggested that we would be better off putting our money towards a new computer. I thought that was cool of him. I'll be bringing our other computers in so he can go through and service them and clean them up.
