The technician I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. They provided quick service at a reasonable price. I will definitely return should I need electronic repair services or accessories in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with CPR. Prices were completely reasonable for a screen repair, and the service was fantastic. Definitely the place to go, and you will be completely respected and helped - no condescension or talking down to the non-techie customer!

Bought a Magnum e bike (summit 27.5) from them and am extremely pleased with the way things were handled. The day I went in to purchase the new bike I walked it home because I had another bike with me and when I went to get on to ride it it was making a funny noise I took it back in and Norm the store manager didn't ask any questions just gave me the option for a new bike or to wait for that one to be looked at. Fast forward 1 month and my charger stopped working out of the blue and when I called to get a new one he told me to come in and immediately gave me a new charger. The best customer service I have ever had and the most understanding people work here.

So easy to make an appointment, staff was friendly & helpful. They were able to fix a broken lens on my iPhone in about an hour. They also have a ton of accessories for phones & tablets which I got a discount on because I had a repair. Highly recommend!

Went in on Black Friday thought my screen was fixed. There was only 1 guy ahead of me I didn’t wait long, explained my phone was being weird after dropping it. The guy looked at it for 5 mins in the back I couldn’t see what he was doing but he came back saying there’s nothing he can do. He told me that the battery and everything inside looked “fine” but that it’s most likely the board & when it is that it is NOT fixable …. everything else seemed fine it’s just not turning on. Told me try to swap it in at Verizon. I didn’t believe him so I sent the phone off to a phone tech I know in Michigan. When he got the phone he told me “I can tell you this phone was never opened, the guy probably lied to you so he wouldn’t crack the screen” and when he opened the phone he noticed it was the battery that needed to be replaced. I’m just upset that I was lied to, the cpr guy could have been truthful and said “I don’t want to open the phone because if I do it’s most likely going to crack the screen” which is what happened when our phone guy in Michigan opened the phone up. I would have been okay with everything, it’s just annoying that a local guy can’t help me out to save his own. But at least I know to not trust this place with anything.
