They were very timely in fixing my phone. Plus, the customer service was great! I personally thought that they were a little pricey but only because I'm a disable veteran on a fixed income. But if you have the extra funds, they are well worth the cost to fix your phone. Otherwise you get a refurbished phone using your phone warranty and getting a replacement phone wasn't an option. Thank you very much for your help!

Have used this business multiple times for several reasons. This time was a screen that fell out and then broke. They had quoted me a week or so for the repairs due to product availability. They were able to get it faster and it was only a 4 day turn around. Always professional, always prompt.

Honest, upfront and knowledgeable. Manny called me ahead of a scheduled appt to try and get some more information. He spoke with confidence and integrity by letting me know all my options and the reality of the situation as I was looking to have some work done on a much older laptop. He even took the time to answer a few additional questions about new laptops and what was best in the market. Saved me time and money. Cannot recommend enough. Any electronic repair will be done with him and his team from this point on. Thank you again Manny!

This is the most incompetent store I've ever had to do business with. I dropped my phone off on Thursday for them to diagnose what the issue is. About an hour after I leave, they call me and ask what specifications my phone are, the storage size, where I bought it, and which carrier it is (great questions to ask when you initially receive the phone for diagnostics). A couple hours after that, I received a call that my phone needed a new motherboard. They tell me they have it ordered and it should arrive the following day, Friday, or Saturday at the latest. On Sunday afternoon I call them after not hearing from them, and they now tell me "we didn't receive any shipments this weekend and it should be coming tomorrow". I tell them not a problem just give me a call when it's done. 4 hours later the "manager" calls me and asks me what service my phone is with, the storage size and who I bought it from... Apparently they never ordered the part and now the correct motherboard I need is out of stock. So now I'm shipping my phone back to Google, like I should have done in the first place. Save your time, money and sanity by avoiding this location at all costs.

This place is a scam. I brought my phone in 3 weeks ago because it wasn't charging properly and was told it needed a new charging port, which they would order and would call me once it's in. I paid a $40 deposit. Three weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called. Took them several hours to figure out that the part had arrived. I dropped off the phone and returned two hours later to be told that they fixed the phone and then UNFIXED it because the fingerprint sensor was broken. In order to get the charging port fixed, I would have to pay an additional $70 to have the fingerprint sensor fixed, even though I don't use it. I don't want to pay more money for a feature I don't use, so I asked to have the deposit refunded. They refused. So $40 and many hours of time wasted
