Lorraine and I have work many years as volunteers with the Mapes group In Az at the Ladies Teen Challenge. We First meet Gregg about 10 years ago when our computer crashed. He did an excellent job of repairing it as he has done again. We won't let anyone else work on our computer.

Being a teacher is one thing. Being a teacher without my laptop is another. My battery had popped inside of the unit and I called Greg to help clean the unit and replace the battery. Thankfully he was able to do so (and made sure my data was saved). Very knowledgeable and quick service. We had used Greg previous to this issue for another unit of ours (different issues) and we were very pleased as well. I highly recommend Advanced Computer Concepts.

Greg was able to retrieve all my information when my laptop was infected by malware/virus. My old laptop was no longer usable so he guided me to my next laptop,then downloaded windows and all my old files on the new one. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and I recommend his services.Thank you Greg. :)

I do not recommend this company. I don't understand how people work in an environment like this is. Very disorganized to say the least. Webb had my computer for 4 or 5 days. When I called the day he said he would have it ready, I gathered he hadn't even looked at it. After I told him not to do anything further and I would be there to pick it up, he then did a diagnostic and text it to me. I paid an $80.00 diagnostic fee and he did offer to refund it but since I received the diagnostic by text, I waived the refund. He couldn't give me a good quote on a new hard drive and said something about to possibly having to send it out. A lot of talk. I took it to Lessor's Business Machines and received excellent service.
