They've helped me in the past with my phones but when I brought in my computer, they turned me away because it was a desktop computer and they somehow don't have the equipment to work on it. I found this to be very frustrating because it was advertised on their store front(see image 1) and on this google page (see image 2 and check "owner description" as of 12/14/2024) that they work on computers as well as tablets, phones, and consoles. I guess I missed the fine print somewhere that they only meant LAPTOP computers. Lastly, they told me the only location that worked on DESKTOP computers was at the SOUTH MOUNTAIN location... on the opposite side of phx. I guess I'll call ahead next time so I don't waste time. Reply to owner's comment (see image 3): A customer's experience is any interaction of your brand from pre-purchase to purchase whether good OR bad. Disregarding my experience with your brand because it didn't end positively is dishonest and unprofessional. It would have been fine if your comment was "oh sorry, for your unfortunate experience" or no comment at all but I won't take back handed comments such as yours sitting down. I hope you guys at least tape a disclaimer sign on your door and change the "owner description" to accurately describe your services. I will be reducing my rating from 3 stars to 2 stars as a result.

Very honest and ethical owner. Instead of just taking our money for a repair, he advised us to buy a phone online. Very appreciated. Highly recommend this place based on past services used and this last experience.

I paid $40 to get a speck of dust out of the camera lens since the refurbisher did not do a great job with getting the dust out and they did it quickly and got the job done! Then… another speck of dust came back lol. I took it back to them, frustrated, saying that I paid for the dust to be removed and they fixed their mistake, free of charge, and even let be go back into their workplace and show me my internals of my phone and what he was doing to show me that he did it right… super cool! All in all great business and I forgot the guy that helped me out but yea I def recommend going there!!!

Great experience, highly recommended. I had some issues with a new laptop and Phillip was able to come up with a great resolution. The turnaround time was extremely fast and the work was excellent.

Avoid this place at all costs! Lived in anthem 20 years and have purchased several 100 dollars on screens , all cheap glass that brakes within the month and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all life, store is a mom and pop shop just price gouging and not convenient or helpful at all , also keeps finding ways to avoid bad review exposure and maintain a false 5 star rating DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS Please note the response seen below , they are far worse behind the screen but this is how they treat customers in their establishment as well. The owners nephew tried to shake me down for an additional 50 on top of the 120 DOLLARS for the screen because he claimed my phone went black and didn't work at all anymore after the screen replacement and in order to get it back working he would have to charge an additional amount and when I refused to pay anything at all if he continued to try to upcharhe me he threatened to keep my phone and took it out of my hands, I quickly took it back and walked out the store before I noticed a Crack in the corner, they took me to court where judge Williams stated that he more than likely would of dismissed it however due to work obligations I could not keep going to suprise for court, I ended up paying several hundred additional dollars to court fines and now have theft of service on my record making it extremely hard to find a job after becoming a single mom of 2, this is how they treat someone trying g to stand up against price gouging, stay away at all costs, the phone repair place in the Walmart off happy valley is under a hundred and can fix all screens old and new in 20 min!
