Person who answered the phone was incredibly unhelpful. Told me I would have to bring the item in to look at it, no way to email pictures, or text pictures. I was told "We don't do that anymore" in response to emailing photos. Pretty sure we're in the 21st century.I don't live in town so the trip needs to be worth my gas.

Really loved this shop! I came here to fix my IPhone 13 and they gave it back to me in better condition then before. The service was great, super fast responses and the prices were solid. Definitely a go-to spot for electronic needs !
