I recently visited High Frequency Wireless to get some data transfers done. Although due to technical difficulties we weren't able to work on the second phone, I expressed some concerns and they took a loss on a job when they could have moved on from it. I am very pleased with their code of conduct, policies, and customer service. I highly recommend High Frequency Wireless.

I am writing this review on a laptop that has not had a functioning keyboard in over a year. I took my laptop to Best Buy just after the warranty ended and they quoted me an arm and a leg to fix the keyboard. Eventually, I did more research and was recommended to High Frequency Wireless and I'm SO GLAD! They issue was pretty simple and they had it fixed within a day and only charged me the flat diagnostic fee. I will be brining my computer back here every time and will be recommending them to everyone I know. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

They ask for my iCloud username and password in order to unlock my phone due to many multiple try because the screen was crack. I changed my password to a fake one (welcome12??). Later on I realized I shouldn’t have done that and try to changed my password back to my real password and it would not work because they went into my setting and enabled the phone ability to do so. when I got into high frequency and ask why my settings are this way. The tech act like there was no problem or didn’t want to help. To make a long story short, I had to take my phone to Apple Store to get my iCloud password back to the correct one. Take your phone to the Apple Store. Checkout out my google pick down below.

I bought a phone from this location 5-6 months ago. While they set it up nicely, they never gave me the box or the charger that come with a new phone purchase. Now, after 6 months of use, the phone shows a black screen while still being powered on. I took it to a repair shop, and they informed me that it was refurbished. I paid full price for a new phone, not a refurbished one. When I called they told me that because it’s past the return policy and that, because I took it to a different repair shop, they will not exchange or refund this faulty product. I do not recommend buying here; it feels shady.

Super knowledgeable and helpful staff! I purchased an IPad for my son’s birthday present and they had just what I needed. At a great price too! 100% recommend High Frequency for any tech purchases or repairs.
