How is it that the Apple store website has a tab/link to make a reservation at the Genius Bar, but you are never actually able to navigate your way to making one online??? Third attempt this morning and the second in a week with no luck. Doesn't make sense to me!

This Apple Store always sold me flawed iPhones. Every time I visit the state from California and purchase a phone here, the phones will always have some kind of problem. It’s like Apple only sends flawed product batches to this state as there is no sales tax. What a scam. My last iPhone 15 pro max purchased here had dust particles under the cameras that drove me crazy. I learned my lesson and checked carefully this time before buying the 16 pro max, and the same damn problem happened to me with a giant dust particle trapped right under the screen. What a scam for your quality control, Apple! $1200 for a damn flawed iPhone. My next phone will be a Samsung!!

This would be a five star location had it not been for my initial experience, I was looking to replace my phone battery and the first person who helped me didn't even want to replace it since the battery health was still considered good (it was at 83%), instead she just wanted to sell me a new phone. Then she tried to talk me out of it since I wanted to continue and told me how risky it was and that I may need to buy a whole new phone anyways, which left me skeptical... of course since I came in after 5, I was told I would have to bring my phone in the next day. The actual battery change the following day was smooth. I dropped it off and Tony who helped me out apologized for the experience I had the previous day. He took the bad taste out of my mouth and assured me the success rate is 99.99. And overall I'm happy with my phone battery.

These people went above and beyond what I was expecting to fix my phone. One hour and it was as good as new! They were helpful and friendly too 😊
