You guy's were very quick in fixing my grandson game...The first thing I asked when we picked it up was it clean from the dust in the back.... I thought that would have been done but overall Very speedy 5 minutes top😁 We could have stayed and waited due to the quick service!! Thank you all so much......

Went in for a battery replacement on my Google Pixel phone and service was incredibly quick. Ran a few errands and came back to pick up a perfectly working phone with a new battery. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Very pleased.

My son dropped his phone in a lake over 3 years ago IPhone 11 Pro Max that someone recovered and returned. We stopped by Ubreak on our way home and the ladies there were SUPER nice & eager to help us get this phone up and working again. They recommended a dehydration which was fairly cheap compared to some places we waited around about close to an hour before they called us and told us the device was not only working but didn’t need any other repairs. We couldn’t be happier with our services today. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. S/N the manager of this location is the best she reassured us over & over again that she would take care of us and she kept her word.

I was having an issue with my phone and Verizon couldn't help. I'm located this business down from Verizon and the young man that waited on me was wonderful. He was able to help me figure out what was going on with my phone and able to repair it very quickly. I recommend if you're having issues with your phone skip Verizon and go to this business you break I fix repair. They can take care of it without all the stress from the other store.

FYI go to Batteries Plus just next door to this place on the left. They offer the same services for a fraction of the price and they provide quality customer service. I came here (uBreakiFix) to get my charging port cleaned and get a new screen protector. uBreakiFix charged $55 to do what was the equivalent of scraping out my charging port with a toothpick. It took 30 seconds. I went next door to Batteries plus and asked the gentleman how much they charge for the same service. He said they only charge $12. Additionally, the screen protector at uBreakiFix was $50 while right next door at Batteries plus, it was only $12. Thankfully, they didn’t have a screen protector that fit my phone which is the only reason I decided to go next door. It amazes me that they are right next door to a business with better service charging 5x the price. I know I should have know better, but come on. That’s like a gas station charging $12.50 per gallon while the one right across the street charges $2.50. In response to uBreakiFix: Ok, so you’re willing to price match the store right next door and refund me for the over charge? I called the number you provided and he told me no. Let’s make it happen, Im ready.
