Jason was an incredible source of information for a college student like myself. My laptop had recently fried and there was no way of repairing it without spending just as much as replacing the laptop entirely, but Jason gave me loads of useful advice and tips in searching for a replacement to fit my needs as an engineering student. Jason is an absolute wizard! I'd had a computer I built for about 6/7 years that stopped working after the first 6 months. I'm a novice at computers and this was my first try building one. Not wanting to part out and destroy this machine that I invested so much time in (and $1500), I kept it, fiddling with it when I could. Never got it to work. I took it to Jason, and within a couple of days, not only did he have the computer running again, but he identified the cause of the issue and gave me advice for the future!
