I scheduled an appointment to have my tv mounted with Geek Squad. They were not able to mount it the first time because the mount that I purchased covered parts of my outlet and cable cord. They helped me find another mount and I was able to reschedule them to come back out without being charged again. Very honest and professional. Would recommend.

Brought my laptop in for a blue screen issue. Picked it up and suddenly the laptop wouldn’t work without being plugged in, and the blue screen came back anyway. I brought it back immediately and they told me the battery was already like that. It absolutely was not. Took it to Technigo and he found the lost screw - pressed against the battery, and the terminals were damaged as a result.

Disappointed to get conflicting information from call center to local store. Call Ctr said Tuscaloosa could repair our cracked screen so we made an appt. Call back from Tuscaloosa said they do not repair HP screens. So frustrated.

Rip off place, costs me about 300 bucks without providing efficient solution to my hardware problem. I have clearly explained the problems with my laptop at check-in, they took it and returned in 2 hours, cost me 300 bucks, and at night the problem popped up again. Looks like they don’t know what they are doing. Go to TechniGo, they cost a third (a fourth with exact math) and they can fix your problems entirely.
