Great Service , I had a major issue with my Lap Top that I use for my Business so I called BWS and talked to them. I spoke with Victoria and she was very nice and told me they would be glad to check it out for me. I took it in and there Tec TRENT very nice young man checked it out and it had some major issues mainly with the Hard Drive because of the Age it was. He explained everything to me and what he could do and the best less expensive way to go and when he could have it ready. He took care of it and got me up and going. But the main thing was there Customer Service it was really Great . I would Recommend BWS to anyone having Computer Issues

2 weeks ago I took my computer to them because there was no signal to my monitor. They advised that it would take about 3 days before they could get to it and run diagnostics. Then morning of the third day they called and explained what the problem (Video Card) was and ran some options past. They searched for a video card that would work in my computer and before they did anything they called to get my approval. Again they advised that it would take 3-5 days for delivery and true to their word that's when I picked up my computer; 3 days later. Couple days about 5 days later I had a question about the fan inside because it sounded like my tower was about to take off. Took it back they ran some diagnostics again and could find nothing wrong. They reset and since that day there has been no issues. They did not charge me anything and the best things are they gave me time frames which they met and they stand behind their work. Very knowledgeable group of people. Job well done!

I brought my computer to BWS for repair. I paid for data recovery and was told I needed a new operating system. Why I'm not sure. I have requested an explanation for the problem with my computer no less than 3 times. I have gotten no response! My computer has continued with an error message about the operating system. My cd drive no longer works either. I am very upset that I spent so much money and my computer is still not running correctly and I can't get any response or assistance on this. I'm at the point that I will now have to get the Alabama Better Business involved. I had read good reviews on BWS, but it has been a very unsatisfying experience for me. I expected my computer to be fixed and totally operational, but this is not the case! I changed my rating since I've been communicating with Cindy and the owner. They have been very considerate. My computer is in the shop and with their technician, Kelby, working on it, I think it should be running optimally when I get it back.

The people who served me at drop off and pick up we excellent. The time it took to put a new screen in my laptop was well well within the time frame I was given.

I've had work done by them on two different occasion and I've recommended a friend and these guys always deliver. Prices and times are very fair. You can't expect to just walk in and step to the front of their project line for a "quick one hour job". That's just not realistic when they have other clients that need work done asap as well. Highly recommend BWS!
