They contacted me the night before my refrigerator was supposed to be delivered after I got rid of all my food to "get ready for my appointment " per their instructions and now they call to say it will be another week due to "weather" I bought an open box item from their store, there is no weather..... schools are open, roads are fine. This is so disappointing and the fact they are blaming the weather is ridiculous. I could understand if my item was coming from another location that IS affected by weather but that is not the case. It's an open box item from their store right down the road. Disappointing 😞

Your customer service is horrible. I set up an appointment to have a tv mounted and when they showed up to install they had the wrong mount size. Was told they were about to get off and could not do anything to install at that time. My appt was set out 2 weeks later which meant I would have to leave work yet again to have it installed. Was told by the installer that the manager would send me a 150.00 gift card for the inconvenience of me having to leave work twice for this. Well a whole month went by and stil no gift card. Called numerous of times only to be transferred to 4 different representatives every time and be on hold for hours at a time. If you are not going to honor your promise then you should not say it. I will never use your service again. My rating is actually 0 stars

They do not want to repair/replace your iPad screen, they want to sell you a new iPad. Whoever is/was working at ~1:00 PM today 9 January 2021 needs to go back to customer service school!! Zero stars. Forced to give one star post my comments. Not surprised!

Went there to get my phone screen repaired. Got it repaired but started to notice my screen was pulling away from the main part of the phone. I went back so they can fix what they did not do properly and told me I had to pay almost $400 to fix what they did!!!! Go to a different geek squad if you can!!! Because these people don’t care.

The information on google clearly states that they repair TVs that are not purchased at Best Buy. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that they don’t.
