Computer Backup Inc

I was having a problem powering up my laptop, I had no tools with me to try any repairs myself. The folks at Computer Backup checked my system out and found the problem and explained the easy fix to me. This saved me from having to purchase anew laptop and keep all of the data on my system. The turn around time was great and everyone was very helpful. I would return here any time for hep with my computers. Great service and very friendly. If I could give more stars on this review I would without reservation.

Honest, thorough and prompt! Dropped off my laptop this afternoon and they called with an update and plan of action rather quickly. Unfortunately, my laptop was shorting out all over, but they checked into my warranty (luckily still had 2 months 😅) and gave me all the information/details for the warranty process. They absolutely could have skipped right over the warranty steps and charged me a ton to basically rebuild/replace it, but thankfully, they gave me an honest solution. Super thankful for my experience at Computer Backup Inc.
