I recently had a data recovery here, the staff are friendly and work with you as fast as they can. They are very good at answering questions, giving diagnosis, and a estimate of repair. It was a smooth interaction from beginning to end. I would recommend and would do business with again, and again. Also, while you are there waiting, read the write ups that local papers have done, I think you will be quite impressed.

Phone screen broke. They offered to replace with a used OEM display unit at a steep discount. Display has been working perfect for about 3 weeks now. I also noticed they either buffed the scratches out of the frame on the phone or put in a new frame as well. Overall great customer service and went beyond my expectations. Phone was also repaired in under 2 hours during the busy holiday season. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

got a custom build and had some random stuff happen so I took it back to the shop and Jonathan worked on it immediately and even stayed late to fix it and make sure everything worked.. would definitely recommend and will continue to use Xi for all our tech stuff!

Broke my phone before going on holiday during a basic screen repair due to a faulty part, and now I'm going on vacation without a working phone as they can not get parts in to fix it until after I am gone. For this price I regret not just buying a brand new phone. Then at least I know it works. I live 45 minutes away and came to this place because of such great reviews. At this point after all the gas having to go here 3 times and the cost of repair itself I could've bought a new phone.
