My experience with the staff at this location was amazing. The representative (Letha) was extremely helpful. The gentleman who helped me with the final settings was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Many other people that were there were treated the same way. I give this location 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

Very satisfactory experience. Customer service was excellent. I dropped off the device, spent a few minutes logging it in, and came back two hours later when it was ready. Very easy process!

We visited uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair for my son's iPhone. Part of the charger had broken off in the port. I took it to Verizon & they recommended uBreakiFix. 10/10 recommend! We had wonderful service and the phone was fixed in no time! The lady up front was very knowledgeable and Michael got the part out and we were on our way! We will definitely be back for any future phone problems!
