Montgomery Computer Services LLC

Dropped my computer off on my lunch break & before my break was over they called me to tell me my computer was fixed and ready for pickup! They DEFINITELY know their stuff!!! I tried Geek Squad and Youbreakifix first and they are both GARBAGE compared to Montgomery Computer Services, LLC. I am definitely spreading the word to all my co-workers & friends! VERY happy customer!

I had a horrible experience. I left my laptop with them. The hardware was broken in several places. They said they were going to take the guts out of my laptop and put them in new hardware. They ordered the parts but when I came back the hardware was still broken except for a new back and new hinge on it. Even though they put a new back on it there was still a break on the screen and there break was still on the keyboard. The employee there did not like me pointing out the problems that they did not repair! I told her that I wanted it back the way I had left it. She said they had thrown away the old back and they couldn't give it back to the same way. I picked up the next day with a new back on it and was there was still the break in the screen. It was emotionally draing to work with them just to get my laptop back the way I left it. It seems the employee has anger problems and doesn't like it when someone questions her work. Be careful.

Wonderful experience! Took my gaming laptop to be serviced, and the staff were very pleasant and they worked diligently to resolve the issue at hand. Great experience! There was a shipping delay on the part needed for my laptop but throughout the week, there was fully transparent communication between Crystal and me about the estimated time and she even sent me the tracking number for the package they had been waiting on! Once they got the new screen, it was fixed within an hour! Instead of $500-$700 at Best Buy for my laptop to be sent out and fixed "possibly by August", I paid less than half that price and was able to pick up my laptop the day they received my new screen (which was only a week after dropping it off)! Screen and camera work perfectly! Definitely will recommend to anyone who needs a repair!

Small LLC with high responsibilities. They are really knowledgeable about computer and helped me when I had final exam. They changed my hard-disk with just 40 dollar to new note book. It was critical for me because I had final exam and I had some software in my hard-disk. He run my computer very fast and I passed my exam just because he helped me. I never forget his help.
