I really wanted to have a good experience but unfortunately the end result was me being out $200 and a phone that was completely useless. Initially I went in to have the back glass/frame changed out. Got that changed only to end up with the mic no longer working. They changed the mic which resulted in the phone almost instantly overheating to the point I was getting the temp warning popping up. Took my phone back in and he got it to stop overheating only to end up with the phone cutting off/on every 3 minutes. When I first brought in my phone it was working perfectly even though the back glass was shattered. Throughout the whole back and forth process of trying to get my phone sorted out I was told things like “oh I’ll throw in some chargers and some cash back to account for the hassle.” I never received anything other than a completely useless phone. Like I said, I really wanted to have a good experience but that just wasn’t the case and left me out of a phone and with a lot of stress and hassle.

My husband uses his phone a lot for work keeping up with his customers. He cracked his screen on his iPhone and we needed it fixed that day. I called and they said to bring it in and they could fix it while we waited. They fixed the screen his phone in 15 minutes while I waited They were very polite and the price was very reasonable.

DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my iPhone 12 in for minor water damage. They told me they would dry it out for free and call me if any parts needed to be replaced. They called the next day and said the screen just needed to be replaced and it would cost me $200.The very next day the screen started to pop out, the volume was messed up, the screen had phantom touches and my battery just kept dying. I went back in to see what could be done.it was a different person then before.while looking at my phone I told him I just had the screen replaced and he informed me THIS SCREEN IS THE SCREEN THAT COMES ON THE IPHONE AND IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. I told him two days ago they replaced it for $200. He then wanted proof so I showed him the receipt to him to then change the story to the must have taken a screen off of a used iPhone that they was going to sell and replaced my screen rather then using the instock screens they normally use. He had no explanation but refused to do anything for me and said they do not steal. He then told me for the trouble he would replace my battery for $60 rather than $100. Needing my phone desperately at the time because I would be traveling I agreed only to get home and the phone continuously turn off and the phone display a message that it is over heating. DO NOT USE THEM. MY PHONE IS WAY WORSE THEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN.

I would not recommend this place. He doesn’t use genuine apple parts which wouldn’t be a big deal for me if the parts worked but unfortunately that isn’t the case. You can tell he gets cheap parts. I got my screen and battery replaced by him and my phone is worse than when I brought it to him. I have been having “ ghost touches” and sometimes my phone screen will not allow me to unlock it. My phone has been getting hot and it is at low battery by lunch time. I went to him and expressed my concerns and he proceeded to argue with me on how it is working even if the battery dies before the end of the day. Even though he didn’t touch the vibration in my phone, it now sounds like I have a duck in my phone when it vibrates. All around I am VERY disappointed. Go to Best Buy! They are authorized apple technicians who use genuine apple parts and aren’t too much more.
