Brought computer in for a hinge replacement, they text me back two days later and the machine has irreversible water damage. Then they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the labor or replacing the hinge even though they broke my machine. They did all this while I was out of state and will likely refurbish and resell the machine. Con artists and terrible business. Go somewhere else

PROS: 1) Even if you think your device is beyond repair take it to them. You never know! 2) They are very knowledgeable and very experienced without a doubt. 3) They are very professional and very polite. 4) The pricing is very reasonable. CONS: I wish I would have known about this place before! As a teacher, I couldn't be happier with my computer repair! Thank you all so much.

I went in to get my laptop repaired, they told me it wasn't worth it, but said I could still use it. They could've taken my money for a useless repair, but gave me good advice, free of charge. I couldn't leave without buying something, because you don't find honesty like that every where. I'll be back to buy something else. Good informative people in there.

Place to go stands by name PROs, nice helpful get it done kind of place definitely going back when I need work. Susan was open and willing for my project and that counts alot.
