I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible atmosphere and hospitality of this business. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Austin who is the epitome of the perfect front desk man! He handled my new phone with care and swagger always keeping a smile on his face! What a guy!

Amazing customer service and great attitudes all around. They were able to help me fix and repair an iPhone that Apple would not service anymore. I would have had to buy a new phone without their service and help! I appreciated their help and the quickness in which they were able to help as well! Will DEFINITELY be back in store for repairs in the future! I Might even lease a computer with them since their service is better than Best Buy or Apple!

Very happy. My cell phone screen was cracked and they fixed it within 1 hour. The staff were very friendly and respectful (like Chick fil A employees). This is a nice and well kept store, not like the neon sign strip mall places. The cost was about 15% more than two sketchy places I called, but they used higher quality glass and you'll actually feel safe here. Totally worth it. Oh, and the music they were quietly playing inside was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Took the charging port in for cleaning and it works like a charm now. I came during peak hours on Black Friday, but even then service seemed to be a bit slow (it took well over an hour for a simple cleaning). The staff was more than friendly, and free soda was provided which is always appreciated. I'd give 4.8★ if I could, but they're definitely better than 4. Would recommend again.

This was the first time I have ever been to The Smartphone Medics, and it will likely not be my last. The team was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about what all they do. I had my phone screen and battery replaced, both of which have made me feel as though I once again have a brand new phone! On top of that, the service was completed in a timely manner, despite them having to work on other customers ahead of me. I am greatly appreciative of Austin, and the rest of the staff! Thank you, for such a wonderful, first time, experience! I will be back!
