This shop is only interested in exploiting you for a profit. Expects a $50 down payment for work on any gaming pc but I suspect this cost doesn’t apply to everyone. Gave extremely inflated quotes for clean and repair. Granted, the machine was very worse for wear including smoke damage, yet somehow not a problem for a single other shop with quotes as low as half the price. Will seemingly treat you as if you know nothing regardless of your pc knowledge, even to the extent of disregarding the established benchmarks of the new Intel Arc B580 due to lack of personal experience, when any mongoloid with internet access can see the results for themselves. Ended up restoring the pc and also purchasing a new $2800 rig thanks to Maingear. Take your business elsewhere, and beware leaving a poor review, as someone from the shop has been throwing a tantrum on what seems to be every sub 3 star review for the past 5 years rather than take accountability for their service. This shop refused to even meet the baseline of every other shop I have used in the past 15 years.
