After helping my family with many computer issues, Adam has become my go-to person for any technical problem. Among other things, he has cleaned up and revived an old PC, repaired my Mac and made it faster, suggested software that has been very helpful, and even streamlined a rather complex media system. I appreciate that Adam not only suggests ideas that will make our computer and media system more user-friendly, but that he also makes sure we are comfortable (and competent) with them before he leaves. I will be calling Adam again if/when another problem occurs and will recommend him to friends and family.

Answered all my questions, I wanted a new battery in my laptop, he was honest with the price and actually told me it would be better to get a new computer because mine was so old. I'm an IT Director and reached out to Adam to do an equipment install in an office we were expanding to. Adam responded to my first inquiry and was quick to communicate (I do this a lot and I'm used to inquiries being totally ignored). He was easy to schedule an appointment with and prompt on the day of install. The equipment setup was very smooth with clean wiring and attention to detail. My end user hasn't had any issues since the initial install. I wish I could find techs of Adam's caliber in all of the cities we're expanding to.

Adam could not have been more helpful. When he diagnosed my old Dell with a dying hard drive, he recommended a new setup after carefully listening to my needs. As a single 66 year old lady, Adam has been a God-send to me and my computers, phones technology etc. He is dependable, extremely knowledgeable and professional!! He is willing to help with Comcast issues and other issues as he can. He takes care of my computers on a monthly basis, for a very good price. When I have a problem, he can come to my house to help me, or he can log into my computer from his office to help me. Highly recommend Adam!!!
