Sam and Nathan at DTM are great! They always answer all my questions. I started upgrading my sons gaming pc about 5 years ago. As we know, quality isnt cheap but Sam always has great prices. Usually lower than anyone else around. They have upgraded his gaming pc so well that it is as good as it can be without taking the next level starting at mother board. He has helped us choose the best hardware specific to my sons gaming needs. Theyre great and i definately reccomend for any pc repairs, knowledge and or just a good ole pc cleanin. Sam is the man. I came in yesterday to see if my PC could use an upgrade and what deficits it had. Same ran diagnostics and checked everything. He was able to figure out my computer's weakest parts and upgrade them on the spot. He really is the guy that goes above and beyond for his customers.

The tip of my laptop charger broke off and got stuck inside the charging port. I tried to remove it myself but couldn't succeed. Fortunately, a helpful technician was able to take it out in seconds, and he didn't charge me anything for the service. Thank you!!!
