Taylor was an absolute delight to work with. My husband and I went into the store tonight around 8pm, which is rather close to closing time for this location. As soon as we walked in we were asked what we were in for, and we told the young man that we were searching for a Mac mini. He pointed us in the direction of them and we went over and started to look. The store was rather busy, and most of the employees were busy helping customers. I found the first available person and he immediately brought Taylor over to help us. She answered every question that we had, and gave very helpful insights on our purchase and what would be best for my husbands needs as far as choosing the correct computer. She even made sure to set up a business account for him, something we did not know existed until she told us, even though we've purchased another Mac from here previously, (which is a non issue, last time we ran in and out as fast as possible cause we were busy and not even looking for business related products.) Service was 10/10. We will be back and will always ask for Taylor. If you have the ability to choose who you use, I'd recommend her 100%, every time. I'd also like to add that even though closing was less than 30 minutes away, she did not make us feel rushed and took her time in giving us the best customer service.

Filled out on the appointment that we needed a new battery and when we arrived they said they would have to order a battery because it’s not in stock... would have been nice to have been notified that we need to come later since they don’t have the part we’re coming to get. We came back a week later and they said we have to replace the phone back as well because the phone back is damaged and apparently the person who ordered the phone for us the first time didn’t notice it. They also pointed out that due to other damage it might be a better idea to just get a new phone - all which would have been easy to tell us… the first time we drove an hour and a half to the Apple Store.

Online support scheduled me an appointment to change out my phone, doing a phone diagnostic beforehand, when I came to the store, they did a diagnostic again and refused to change out my phone. They said that only a certain part needs to be changed. Even though they had already scheduled an appointment to change the entire phone for a new one. The part was not in stock, had to wait for the part to come. When the part came in, they did another diagnostic and made me wait 2 hours just for the third diagnostic. The part that had to be changed was a battery related part, in the end they changed out the entire inside of the phone. Silicon was pushing out from all the edges of the phone. Awful service, money hungry company, horrible customer caring.

I recently faced an incredibly frustrating experience with Apple’s account recovery process after my old iPhone was stolen and later recovered by a friend. Despite having full access to my Apple ID credentials, proving my identity, and even physically having the phone in my possession, Apple has refused to allow me to regain access to my account on the device. Apple's security measures are meant to protect users from unauthorized access, but in cases like mine, they create an unnecessary roadblock. I provided all the required information, yet their automated system and customer support offered no reasonable path to resolution. Instead, I was met with long wait times, redundant verification steps, and ultimately a denial without a clear explanation. This situation highlights a major flaw in Apple’s security approach—while it aims to prevent theft, it also punishes legitimate users trying to recover their own devices. The lack of flexibility and human oversight in these situations is unacceptable. Security should not come at the cost of locking rightful owners out of their own devices permanently. Apple needs to implement a more balanced approach, one that allows verified users to regain access to their accounts in cases where ownership is clearly established. Until then, this rigid system remains a source of frustration for customers who simply want to use the products they paid for.
