They got my phone in at the last minute and worked to get it finished quickly. The staff was really sweet and the guy that helped me was awesome. I'm always happy with my service at this store.

I went in for a simple screen replacement (with an appointment from my insurance provider) expecting a 2-3 hour experience. I was given an estimate of 5 hours. A bit much but ok. At the 6 hour mark I was told my phone was next. I have been here which is 60 miles away from home (store was informed I was was from out of town when dropped off) with no phone, no GPS, and no way to know when I will be ready. Finally at 4:30 aft dropping my phone off at 10am they are halfway finished with my device. At 5 they have about 10min of testing amd Finally at 5:46 I was given my phone. This was the worst experience with something so simple. In the end my screen was fixed but in the future I will be mailing it in.

I came in for an appointment at 10am to get my phone screen fixed. Already put in an insurance claim, and my fix was covered. They told me it should be about 3:30, I came in at 4 and it was ready! Good experience overall, pretty streamlined online experience.
