I can understand why so many Staples stores are closing, especially if they are like the one in Guntersville, Alabama. You can never find anyone to help you. I went there today to buy a few items, needed help, no one around. I ask at customer service, got nowhere. Left and not ever planning on going back.

I went to Staples today to buy envelopes and was treated rudely by the Cashier. I am handicapped and I was struggling to operate the credit card machine, and the cashier treated me like I was a bother to him. Not customer friendly. It made me embarrassed in front of the others in line. He needs to get out of the Customer Service business.

Always great customer service at our local Staples. Staff is very friendly, knowledge and ready to assist with any questions or concerns.

Excellent customer service … met new manager who reminded me that Staples will match Walmart prices . Such a good experience in a retail store!

I received great customer service from Colby today. I’m having shoulder surgery in a few days, and in my typical fashion of procrastination, I waited until today to grab a few things needed to make my work from home days easier. He helped me load everything into my cart, then into my car, so that I didn’t further injure my shoulder.
