CPR Cell Phone Repair in Gardendale is the place to go with all your cell phone emergencies. They were fast, I came in at 12:00pm and they had some other phones in the back in front of mine but still had it done in about 1.5 hours. They were knowledgeable, experienced, and very polite. This is the only shop I'd trust with my phones repair needs.

Not a good experience. The customer service was very disappointing. They put the Wrong screen on my phone , the screen went White and unable to function over the weekend. I had to bring the phone back for the Proper screen to be put on. The case I ordered on the same day came days later. Another trip back to their business. Never Once was there an apology or care for me as a customer being inconvenienced . There was a very expensive repair the kindness and customer service was extremely lacking. CPR needs to invest in Customer Priority Response.

Very honest business would go back to fix phone in future, brought my old iPhone 12 in because it wouldn’t charge . I thought the battery was dead and it was gonna cost a lot to fix. Turned out my charger was bad. In less then 5 mins he says nothing is wrong with phone. Could have so easily sold me parts/scammed me for money . Honest business and respectable.
