We went to store in Spanish Fort, AL on Monday, January 13, 2025. The tech that helped us (Damion) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us options; we chose to have him check out the cell phone. He was able to get rid of the malware and the phone works perfectly again! We thought the cost was reasonable and will definitely go back to this store and recommend it highly.

This place has saved me so much money. So much. Been here a couple times only had one issue which they resolved perfectly. They are accurate and knowledgeable and get things done in a timely manner. Lacy helped me out a huge amount and I then Damien idk for sure but he did amazing aswell!!!

Highly recommend this place. Took my water damaged phone in and was fixed and returned to me the very next day like it never happened. Lacey was the best to work with and provided great customer service. Fast and reliable.

Do not go to this place. I brought a phone in to be repaired it was under warranty. I had insurance on the phone but due to warranty samsung wanted this place to fix it. I go in in late August. They had to order screen 2 months later they finally get the screen in. At this time I'm out of country on a trip. I drop it off to be fixed and they asked me was I going to pay out of pocket for something they let lapse. I texted them that I was out of country and me being gone was the problem not them that took over 2 months to get a screen. It was so long I had forgot about them even.
