I have worked with these team since they opened. I have bought all of my Apple products through them and I have never had any issues. I went in for a screen shield replacement and there was a minor mix up but the team went above and beyond to make it right. I wish more companies were like this. I’ve trusted them for years, and I look forward to continuing that relationship. Thank you, Quick Fix!

Called ahead and asked if they could replace my iPhone 14 Pro Max screen, they said they could help & gave me a few different pricing options (much lower than others in town). When I walked in and dropped it off and they told me it would be about an hour. Came back an hour later to learn that the screen 1) wasn’t in stock at this location when I left so they had it sent over from Mobile in the short time I had been gone, but 2) couldn’t be replaced without a new battery, but since it was not originally discussed they took half off the battery. 15-20 minutes later, I had a fixed phone! Hopefully I won’t have any more phone issues, but if I do I will definitely be back to Quick Fix!
