I LOVE these guys. I have been a customer since the 90's and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them. As a matter of fact, one of the computers they sold me is STILL up and running! I bought it in 2006! It is my backup. These guys have ALWAYS taken good care of me and my computers, and I STILL have all my arms, legs and my firstborn. ;) I recommend making Nets your FAMILY computer Doctor!

Had a graphics card issue and they diagnosed and fixed it in 1 day. Great service and will definitely return for ant future computer issues. 2023 Update: Still just as helpful as always.

I highly recommend Net's computers. I had a hard drive failure and could not see any of my documents or pictures. I was afraid that I lost everything. They recovered it all and and loaded it all onto my new computer for me!!!! So nice and very helpful as well as reasonable prices. I am so glad to find somewhere local other than geek squad for my computer problems.

I’ve known Rodney Harper for many years. He will do anything for you to help you personally (with your IBM & Other computer issues/needs)..! He and his Team Members are always happy to consult with you through any business networking issues or security domain exploits you may be experiencing with your legacy or new configurations as well. Rodney recently telephone conferenced me through a serious (very costly) Security Breach(s) where I immediately his suggested step(s), in order as in “Do this first” step (1), step (2), then on the third step (this was when I’d returned to the office) I was finally able to log into my Cisco Meraki Dashboard, where I’m protected by a signed-3 year (SLA) w/my commercial ISP Provider CenturyLink Business/Enterprise, currently my monthly bandwidth + vpn + firewall fees’ in July 2020 exceed $800.00, and Mr. Harper had me ‘shoot’en straight’ after that (5) Minutes phone consult ! ...to add, I’ve frequented his office less than you can count on one hand, to drop off a close family members real estate laptop for similar repair(s)

Didn’t have the part I needed, but I’ll always appreciate a good local computer store who’s willing to help. Even if they don’t have the part, they’re willing to recommend a place who may!
