Call to make an appointment for your Apple tablet or phones. Staff very acknowledgeable in answering questions. They have free classes to teach you about everything. I went to a class to learn about my Apple tablet or phones and a class to learn how to do fabulous photos on your cell phones.

I spent 3 days trying to buy my daughter an iPhone 16 plus through AT&T. I actually went in person, on two separate occasions, to the store where I live as well as online! Some security question about a name that wasn't known to me or my spouse, and they canceled my order. We went to the Apple store, and they were able to get what we needed (plus accessories), and process the transaction in 20 minutes! Next time, we will skip the hassle and go to the Apple store first.

Be aware—do your homework before authorizing any work to be done on MacBook Airs at the Apple Store—Summit location. I have a 2020 MacBook Air that would not charge and had a dark screen. This is a common issue, apparently. They took it back for 20+ minutes to run "diagnostics" and said my "logic board" was bad. The repair estimate to replace the logic board was just under $500. Repair #R649343580 / Date: 2/17. Problem Description/Diagnosis Issue: Customer presents device that will not power on. Steps to Reproduce: Technician observed the issue by performing a visual inspection, able to reproduce. I attempted to revive the firmware, the device would not boot into DFU Mode. Cosmetic Condition: There is no indication of physical or liquid damage. Proposed Resolution: Technician will perform a Logic Board replacement for the out of warranty cost of $448 ff Contact Apple Support Case: 102536905844 Repair Estimate LABOR CHARGE, IB/MB/MBAIR/MBP13" Item Number: S1498LL/A Price $ 120.00 Amount Due $ 120.00 FLAT RATE 2 REPAIR,MBA RETINA Item Number: S8789LL/A Price $ 328.00 Amount Due $ 328.00 Total Price: $ 448.00 Total (Tax not included) $ 448.00 I went home, did a couple of Google searches, and spent $10 on a USB C Tester to test the MacBook's charging port. What do you know—it didn't work! It's interesting how their diagnostic tool didn't find this inexpensive broken part. My next purchase was a $10 DC Power Jack Connector. It took me 20 minutes to replace it, and the MacBook is working just fine. Lesson learned: Do not agree to any repair work at this store. Ask for an estimate and do your research.

Just purchased the new Apple Watch here. The employee helped me trade in my old one, and the process was very fast and easy. Everyone who helped me was very professional and friendly, and they all acted enthusiastically to help me, which definitely made the experience even better!

I went to place a pickup order that was placed on my phone with my Apple ID. However, I used a credit card that was my dad's and they would not let me pick up the order since I did not pay for it. I asked how to change the pickup person because my dad does not live in Alabama and the worker dismissively told me to call the help line to change the pickup order. I tried explaining that it was under my Apple ID and he just kept repeating the pickup number to me while I was speaking. I didn't even have my phone app open to put the number in. After being hung up on multiple times because the line was too full, I then went to the Apple Store app and changed the pickup person there. It was extremely frustrating that the worker did not tell me this was possible. If he would've listened to what I was trying to say instead of repeating the help number, my experience would be significantly different. He was also complaining about how busy it had been all day (it was the day after Christmas) which I understand. However, I had just finished a 9 hour shift at a retail store in the Summit and was not being rude to him because of it. Next time, I'm just getting my order delivered because this was ridiculous.
