Very good work! But over priced. I got 2 recs after we left for cleaning phone for $20 not $89. But happy with most of work. Customer service was excellent! Ray was the epitome of a good salesman....very polite and easy to work with. Thanks....I'm sure I will be back as well as give you good referrals.🎄🎅🤶

Each time I've had to get phone repairs, this team has been exceptional!! Each step of the process was explained thoroughly. The team maintains a professional atmosphere and shows concern for the customers' time and issues. 10/10 AGAIN!!

How does this business have a 5 star rating? Deplorable customer service, zero follow through, zero comminication (and I was dealing with managers). They ordered a part for my computer over a month ago. I never heard from them so I called and a manager told me my part was delivered on a day they were closed and was not received by the store. She promised she would try to locate the package call me in 7 days (or sooner) to update me. Two weeks later I still had not heard anything so I called and talked to another manager who let me know my part was lost in the mail and they would have to re-order it. There was no attempt to contact me. There was no apology that no one had contacted me, or for the lost part, or for wasting my time until I said I would write this review. Given this experience why would anyone use this business?

Said the repair would take 2 weeks top, took a month and marked unreparable. I had to contact them constantly trying to find out what was the issue and each time I called I was given a different excuse. Pretty bad service and no clear answers.
